Schneider RXG Plug-in Relay with LED in socket with varistor

Harmony RXG is a series of plug relays that with a width of 16 mm and strong pins are compatible with other brands in the industry. The relays are available with either 1 C/O at 10A or 2 C/O contacts at 5A and can be chosen with or without test button and built-in LED. There is an option to insert a protection module (diode, varistor, or RC network) directly in the relay socket if required. The sockets RGZE1SxxM and RGZExxP have separate terminals for supply and contact sets that make it simple and clear to troubleshoot the relays. RXG23P7PV is a complete plug relay mounted in the RGZE1S48M relay socket with a holding clip, which ensures the relay is held in the socket, even under vibrating conditions. In the socket, a varistor is installed for protection against unwanted transients especially during coil disconnection. The varistor also has a built-in LED that indicates when the relay is powered. RXG23P7PV has 2 C/O AgSn contacts at 5A and built-in LED. A green LED on the front indicates that the relay is powered. Just below the LED is a mechanical indicator where an orange mark shows if the relay is pulled. Moreover, there is an attached marking plate on which the relay can be labeled. The relay has a lifetime of 100,000 operations (depending on load level and type). The supply for RXG23P7PV is 230 VAC and the relay's self-consumption is 0.82 VA. The minimum pick-up current of the contact set is 10mA. Additional marking of the socket can be done with RSZL300 marking plates that easily press onto the socket itself. It is possible to connect the coil voltage to up to 8 relays with the loop rail RGZS08 available as an accessory to the sockets. The RXG series has UL and CSA approval for use in the USA and Canada. Additionally, the series holds a DNV/GL certificate for use in marine applications.
