Hub sprocket in stainless steel (AISI 304L) for roller chain in British Standard (BS). If the sprocket is labeled 08B, the pitch is 1/2" inch. The suffix can indicate 1, 2 or 3, which tells the number of chain rows the sprocket has, also known as (1) simplex (2) duplex and (3) triplex. Ahlsell offers stainless sprockets from sizes 3/8" (06B-1) to sizes 2" (32B-1) as hub sprockets and in Simplex, but it is possible to find a solution if there is a need for a stainless plate sprocket or in duplex and triplex versions.
