Whistleblower scheme

Our whistleblower scheme ensures that incidents can be reported quickly, confidentially, and outside of the ordinary communication channels, via an anonymous, independent, and self-sustaining channel at an external law firm.

For example, one can report violations of the law and serious misconduct committed by employees or former employees of Ahlsell Denmark, members of the board or management, auditors, lawyers, suppliers, customers, etc., who have a connection to the company. This is with a view to having an independent and self-sufficient entity assess what measures are necessary.

The scheme is anonymous and can be used by anyone – both internal and external individuals.

  • The scheme can, for example, be used for serious offenses such as bribery, fraud, forgery, corruption, violations of health and safety regulations, sexual harassment, bullying, etc., as well as serious violations of internal rules.
  • The scheme is established as part of Ahlsell's governance policy.
