High-quality spherical roller bearing from SKF in open version. Spherical roller bearings from SKF are made in Explorer quality. Explorer quality means that the bearing is produced from the best steel quality and developed to better withstand wear, thereby achieving a longer lifespan compared to other spherical roller bearings. Spherical roller bearings are self-aligning and therefore not affected by minor misalignments on the shaft (shaft misalignments are compensated). Spherical roller bearings can also be supplied as vibrating bearings (VA405 and VA406). Available with cylindrical or tapered bore, depending on the desired mounting method. - Made of a robust and upgraded pure steel quality - An advanced hardening process makes the bearings more heat resistant.
