Our areas of focus in sustainability are defined through a review of our business model and the social impact we can directly influence through our actions. We have grouped our efforts into three categories:
We integrate both social and environmental considerations into our business activities. We place a high value on employee relations and have a natural respect for human rights. At the same time, we protect our environment and climate and continuously initiate efforts to reduce our CO2 consumption. Our business model is, of course, based on integrity, where we do not tolerate corruption or bribery.

We are actively working to reduce our CO2 emissions. Our CO2 emissions primarily come from energy consumption in our buildings as well as CO2 emissions related to the distribution of goods to our customers.
At the same time, we are focusing on converting our fleet to electric vehicles, recycling our waste, and reducing our plastic consumption.
Our workplace must be safe, healthy, and motivating for our employees! Ahlsell's focused effort on employee matters can be divided into two areas:
Our suppliers must meet a number of requirements. The efforts in the supplier area are primarily centered around our Code of Conduct and our demands for accountability.
