Description
OK AristoRod™ 12.50 is a non-copper-coated manganese-silicon alloyed G3Si1/ER70S-6 solid wire for MAG welding of non-alloyed steels such as construction steel, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, and fine-grained carbon-manganese steel for the same purpose with a min. yield strength of max. 420 MPa. The wire can weld with Ar/20CO2 or pure CO2 as shielding gas. AristoRod wire is suitable for work at high current strength with constant unrestricted wire feeding, providing a stable arc with minimal spatter. OK AristoRod™ 12.50 is supplied by ESAB on spools and in special MARATHON PAC™ drums. The wire is particularly suitable for applications in mechanized welding. (Art no 1A50) As shielding gas, use Ar/20CO2 or CO2. Welding current DC (+).
