Description
LOCTITE® 243 is developed for locking and sealing of threaded assemblies that can be disassembled with standard hand tools. The product cures in the absence of air, and upon contact with close-fitting metal surfaces, preventing loosening and leakage from shock load and vibration. Particularly useful for tasks on less active surfaces such as stainless steel and passivated surfaces where disassembly with hand tools is necessary for service. The thixotropic property of LOCTITE® 243T reduces run-off after applying the product on the surface. Approvals P1NSF. Certificate ANSI/NSF standard 61.
