Schneider ZB5F Push Button Head with toggle function

Harmony XB5/ZB5 flush push buttons elevate the level of design and functionality on the front of a machine or panel front. The flush design is not just about aesthetics but also has functional benefits in terms of easier cleaning and better protection. The push buttons are easily mounted in a 30 mm hole and they are easy to assemble, as the heads do not fall out once they are inserted into the hole. The lock nut on the back is easily secured with the assembly tool (ZB5AZ905) after which the body (ZB5AZ009) is clicked onto the head. The contact elements and possibly light modules are mounted on the back of the body and up to 9 modules in total can be mounted on the back of a push button (depending on the model). The series in plastic is robust and can be used in a wide range of industries, including the food industry where it is resistant to cleaning agents. The enclosure class is IP66, IP67, IP69 (ISO) and IP69K (DIN) and furthermore the push buttons can be used in temperature ranges from -40 to 70 degrees Celsius. ZB5FH0 is a push button head for flush mounting with toggle function and for loose button surfaces that are easily inserted without the use of tools. The loose ZBAFx button surfaces are available in 6 different colors with/without markings or can be purchased as a set with all colors included (ZBAF9). For ZB5FH0, a loose body (ZB5AZ009) and separate contact elements (ZBE101 or ZBE102) are used depending on whether a make or break function is desired. It is also possible to use the complete bodies with fixed contact elements (ZB5AZ1xx) if this is desired. For marking, the ZBYFxxxx sign holders with blank plates for individual engraving are used. Alternatively, the loose sign holders ZBZFxx for ZBY0xxxx standard plates for the Harmony series can be used. NOTE: It is NOT possible to mount flush push buttons in an XAL control box.
