Description
Fire collar designed and tested to seal installations of plastic pipes (PVC-U, PVC-P, PE, ABS, and PP pipes) using heat-expanding graphite placed in 2 or more layers (depending on the collar size) inside the fire collar's steel shell. The graphite will expand under heat influence, causing the fire collar to seal the installation. The fire collar expands up to 20 times. Can be installed in plaster walls, fireboards, concrete, or masonry wall structures, and in floor decks.
