Description

METRO hot water tanks for heating domestic water with district heating, for vertical installation. Install with pipes down. Tank, coil, and sensor pockets treated with EMAPAN enamel, and the tank has a measurable magnesium anode. The external casing is oven-painted steel with PUR foam insulation. The base flange has a sensor pocket (11.5 mm int.). At the top, a plastic plug gives access to a socket with 3/4 pipe thread for hot water outlet or circulation. Domestic water inlets and outlets with 3/4 pipe thread. Water heaters with coils and 3/4 pipe thread feature vents; water heaters with 3/8 pipe thread coils are specially adapted to low-temperature district heating. Max working pressure 10 bar (1 MPa) in tank and 16 bar (1.6 MPa) in heat surface. Max. 120°C. VA approved.
