KVM-Genvex Combi 185 BP Ventilation Unit LS Optima 312 Design

Combi 185 BP is a complete ventilation unit consisting of a ventilation and tank section containing a counterflow heat exchanger (with a heat recovery efficiency of up to 95%), 185-liter hot water tank (with built-in heating coil for connection to an external heat source), combination heat pump for heating the supply air and heating domestic water. In addition, the unit consists of energy-saving supply and exhaust fans (EC motors), fresh air filter and exhaust filter (both are G4 filters) as well as complete Optima 312 control. On the control panel display, which shows the system's operating status, operational settings can be easily changed. Combi 185 BP is used as a ventilation heat pump in homes where high heat recovery efficiency and low energy consumption are emphasized, while the energy in the exhaust air is used to heat the supply air or domestic water. Energy is first recovered by the counterflow heat exchanger and then residual energy is recovered by the heat pump. Combi 185 BP can be used for homes up to approx. 300 m² with an air exchange rate of 0.30 l/s per m² heated floor area, provided there is no requirement to comply with max. power consumption. If there is a requirement to comply with a specific electricity consumption of 1000 J/m² (BR 2015), the system can provide a maximum air volume of approx. 220 m³/h at an external pressure drop of approx. 70 Pa (F7/G4) respectively 90 Pa (G4/G4).
