VS V-ring nitril

The V-ring is a completely molded rubber seal, mounted directly on a shaft. It seals axially against a counterface, preventing the ingress of dirt, dust, oil, and water. It functions as both a seal and a flinger when rotating. Typically made of NBR, consisting of a body and a conical springy lip, it can seal against misalignment and eccentricity. It can be mounted on unmachined shafts, but the counterface must be smooth and devoid of sharp edges.
