GT3 timing belts from Gates are an advancement (3rd generation) of the classic HTD profile. GT3 belts can transfer 30% more than the previous version GT2 (2nd generation). The GT3 belt is designed to replace belts of the HTD profile. Timing belts in mm. with round tooth profile. Material: Rubber. GT3 belts are available in types 3MGT and 5MGT and in various widths. The numbers in the designation stand for the pitch. For example, a 5MGT belt measures 5mm from center-to-center tooth. - High quality - High precision - Long lifespan - Extensive range of types, lengths, and widths GT3 belts in 3MGT and 5MGT can run in standard HTD pulleys. For demanding drives, GT timing pulley in 3MR and 5MR can be chosen for optimal engagement. Demanding drives can be drives that need to run in both directions.
