Quad-Power® 4 is the latest version in the series from Gates and is one of the strongest V-belt series on the market. It is available in profiles XPZ, XPA, XPB, and XPC. The Quad-Power® 4 series has an integrated reinforcement (cord) that is better at resisting elongation than anything seen before. This makes the belt maintenance-free! That means, with this belt, there is no need for retensioning. Install and you're good to go! Quad-Power® 4 is resistant to ozone, UV radiation, and heat. It has an extended temperature range from -50° to +130°. This provides a longer lifespan because it can withstand the heat, making the belt ideal for applications such as fan drive.
