3M Xtract Hookit Sanding pad

3M Xtract™ low-profile backing plate is firm yet flexible for versatility in flat sanding operations and designed to hold discs firmly on an orbital sander. Part of the 3M Xtract series, designed for optimal dust removal and to create a vacuum that removes dust from the workpiece to extend disc life and improve productivity. Medium-density foam provides consistency in surface sanding. External threads are compatible with orbital sanders with similar internal threads (1/4-20 for 3 in ROS or 5/16-24 for 5 and 6 inch ROS). 3M™ Hookit™ attachment system makes disc replacement easy and optimizes their lifespan.
