The reliable self-fastening coating on the back allows easy attachment to the sander's surface by pressing it on. Ensures even and secure disc placement. Ideal for sanding paint, varnish, wood, and filler. Klingspor offers discs in various diameters and hole patterns for all standard sanders. Discs without holes are universally applicable. PS 33 CK discs have semi-open corundum grains characterized by their hardness and toughness, providing high material removal rates and durability. Corundum grains range from wedge to block forms. Their crystalline properties ensure effective results. Semi-open spreading is ideal for treating wood, paint, and varnish, with sufficient spacing to release debris. Leftover material doesn't clog, supporting longevity. Synthetic resin bonded on paper backing (C-paper) for versatile uses. Klingspor uses medium-heavy paper, cuttable and foldable for hand sanding. Corundum grains are resin-coated on the paper back with an additional synthetic resin topcoat, imparting color and resisting side forces. The resin layer wears off in the first sanding, not affecting performance.
