The pressing contours of REMS pressing tools are system-specific and correspond to the pressing contours for the respective press fitting systems. Thus, faultless, system-conform, secure pressing. The press jaws of the pressing tools with pressing contour are precisely and rounded machined with CNC machining centers. Thus, there are low manufacturing tolerances. Operated with REMS radial presses 32 kN and suitable radial presses of other brands with pressing force of 32 kN Traceability according to EN 1775:2007. The pressing tool has a specific marking inserted, which after pressing leaves a permanent imprint directly on the pressed fitting. This allows the user to verify whether the appropriate press tool or press ring was used during the pressing. With this traceability, REMS meets the recommendations in the European standard EN 1775:2007 for installation of press fittings for gas.
