Use favorites lists as shortcuts

• Compose your own range for a task
• Quick reordering of the products you use most often
• Print or download a catalog for reordering
• Share the list with colleagues

Create new favorites list

Click on the menu item Favorites in the menu bar or go to My Page > Favorites

Press Create new favorites list

Give the favorites list a name and choose whether it should be shared with other users on the account.

When you enable sharing, you can choose whether the favorites list should be read-only or editable. This practically means whether other web users may only view the favorites list or if they are also allowed to make changes to it.

As an administrator, you can also share the favorites list with a group. A group contains multiple accounts. This way, you can maintain the favorites list from a single account, but it is shared with all web users across the accounts associated with the group.
