Rights (for administrator)

As an administrator, you have the ability to edit user permissions. In the webshop, these permissions are called account accesses. You may need users who only have access to the webshop without being able to make purchases? It could also be that you have employees who should not have access to the accounting or cannot see net prices? Follow the guide below to change users' account accesses.

If you are unsure whether you are a regular user or an administrator on the webshop, you should:

• 1. click on your initials (in the circle under the shopping cart)
• 2. click on Profile Settings.
• 3. scroll down to the box Account Accesses
• 4. click on Show
• 5. find the column Account Profile

Editing of rights

Click on User Administration in the top menu bar or go to My Page > Edit users and profile > User Administration.

Then select the user on the list you wish to edit by clicking on the username.

Find the box Account Access and click on Show to expand the box:

In the overview, you gain insight into:

• (1) the account or accounts the user is associated with
• (2) the user's account profile (user/administrator)
• (3) the user's account access (permissions)
• (4) whether the account is the primary account for the user, i.e., the account the user transacts the most with.

What do the accesses mean?

The account accesses can be deactivated by unchecking the box next to each access. The individual accesses mean:

Under the box with Account Access, the administrator also has the option to associate the user with multiple accounts, for example, if the user operates under multiple CVR numbers or projects. The administrator must know the account number and phone number in advance.

The association is done by:

• 1. Clicking on Add an existing account
• 2. Entering the Account number and phone number and pressing Add
