After Sanistål became part of the Ahlsell Group in January, the company is fully engaged in making itself even more relevant for both existing customers and new customer segments.
The planned growth journey will be supported by a number of acquisitions and mergers, which Uffe Iversen, as M&A Director, is responsible for in both Denmark and the Baltics.
Uffe Iversen was brought to Sanistål in May 2020 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and he has played a crucial role in connection with Ahlsell's acquisition of Sanistål.
“When Uffe came to Sanistål, it was with a clear mandate from the board to secure a sale of the company. He has fully delivered on that. Now, Uffe will lead a number of exciting acquisitions, and I personally look forward to that very much,” says Claudio Christensen, who is the CEO of Sanistål and country manager of Ahlsell Denmark.
Uffe Iversen holds a master’s degree in law from Aarhus University and has an MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Before joining Sanistål, he was CFO and director at SSG Group, which he helped turn into one of the leading providers of damage services in the Nordic region through acquisitions and expansion in Norway and Sweden.
