It is only a year since Sanne Christensen was promoted from Head of Finance to Chief Financial Officer. A role she has carried out so convincingly that she is now the obvious choice as the new CFO.
“Sanne became CFO at the same time as we consolidated all finance functions into one strong unit under her leadership a year ago. In that role, she has demonstrated incredibly high operational reliability and strong leadership, so it is only natural that she now takes over the role of CFO after Uffe,” says Claudio Christensen, who is the CEO of Sanistål and country manager at Ahlsell Denmark.
Sanistål became part of the Ahlsell Group in January, making Sanne Christensen the CFO for all of Ahlsell's activities in Denmark, including IT and Facilities.
38-year-old Sanne Christensen is a trained accountant and had worked for 11 years in the auditing firm Redmark before she was recruited to Sanistål in 2016. With this promotion, she has made an impressive career journey in Sanistål in just seven years from financial controller to CFO.
