Sanistål is investing in a large robotic warehouse

Sanistål has entered into an agreement with Element Logic for the delivery of a large and high-tech AutoStore robotic warehouse. The investment will streamline Sanistål's warehouse and create space for continued growth.

A new fully automated robotic warehouse will significantly increase the automation level at Sanistål's central warehouse in Billund in 2021. Sanistål has just chosen to enter into a collaboration agreement with Element Logic for the delivery of the large AutoStore robotic warehouse, which will future-proof the warehouse and create space for continued sales growth.

“AutoStore is the most high-tech warehouse solution on the market, and it fits perfectly with our central warehouse in Billund because it is a very flexible and compact solution that we can easily scale as we grow,” says Christian B. Lund, CEO of Sanistål.

The AutoStore system will consist of 44 robots that will handle 55-60% of the goods flow at the central warehouse. In addition to obtaining a flexible and future-proof warehouse solution, there are many other advantages to investing in an AutoStore robotic warehouse:

The partner Element Logic has extensive experience in providing customized AutoStore solutions for central warehouses, and Managing Director Denmark Nikolaj Bjørn Eriksen looks forward to the future collaboration with Sanistål:

Sanistål will take the robotic warehouse into operation in September this year.
