Sanistål opens new massive VA department in Aarhus

”At Sanistål, we already have many plumbing customers in the Aarhus area. With the newly opened plumbing department in our flagship store in Åbyhøj, we aim to expand our position in the plumbing market and attract new customers among local plumbers and contractors,” says Claus Gustafsen, who is the store sales manager at Sanistål's store in Åbyhøj.

The store is celebrating the inauguration of its new plumbing department this week with a large open house event over several days, featuring many favorable offers, special giveaways, meetings with suppliers, and food served to customers and friends of the store.

”We have spent the last few weeks setting up our new plumbing department and stocking shelves with pipes, fittings, and many other plumbing products, and we have been eagerly looking forward to showcasing everything to both current and new customers. I hope that plumbing customers in the Aarhus area will warmly welcome the new plumbing department and utilize our special expertise in the plumbing field going forward,” says Claus Gustafsen.

In addition to a comprehensive range of VA products with a total of 480 different items, some of Sanistål's VA experts will also be attached.

”We can now offer a complete range of VA products in the store. Among other things, we have focused on covering the product portfolio that the municipal utilities in East Jutland need for both water supply and drainage during the establishment of the warehouse,” says Caroline Falkenskov from Sanistål's special VA team, which is now ready to serve customers in the new VA department.

She also points out that contractors and sewer masters in Aarhus and the surrounding area can now get even faster delivery of sewer pipes, wells, fittings, and other VA products thanks to Sanistål's new VA initiative in the store on Søren Frichs Vej.

”Until now, we have delivered VA products from our central warehouse in Billund, but now that we always have nearly all VA products in stock centrally in Aarhus, customers can either pick up the items in the store themselves, or we can deliver them quickly to the construction site,” says Caroline Falkenskov.
